The 2010 FIFA World Cup has started and I wanted to pay my respects to the sport by posting a few videos from my childhood that sum up my own soccer career.  Many thanks goes out to my Uncle Gary, who sent me 8 hours of recently digitized home video and to my cousin Aaron for all his support growing up.

Before you watch these videos, I’d like to point out a few facts related to this footage:
#1 —  I don’t still run like this.
#2 —  Only my cousin Aaron is allowed to call me Mikie.
#3 —  All of my soccer dance moves were taught to me by Michael Jackson himself.
